A Temporary Time Regulation Has Been Made In Authorization Documents Within The Scope Of Coronavirus Measures


An announcement on "Coronavirus Measures (Temporary / Periodic Regulation)" was made by the T.C. Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Transport Services Regulation. It has been reported, that in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to minimize its effect on citizens, starting from 23:59 pm on April 3, 2020, issuance of an authorization certificate for the first time within the framework of the Road Transport Law No.4925 and the Road Transport Regulation and vehicle addition to the vehicle documents attached to the authorization certificate has been announced to be stopped until a second instruction.  


“As it is known, the fact that the Coronavirus (COVID - 19), which was first seen in Wuhan, China, has become a global threat all over the world has caused concern and the necessity of taking protective measures against this virus affecting the whole world has emerged. In order to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID - 19) and to minimize its effect on our citizens; starting from 03.04.2020 at 23:59 pm, the issuance of an authorization certificate for the first time within the framework of the Road Transport Law No.4925 and the Road Transport Regulation and vehicle addition to the vehicle documents attached to the authorization certificate were suspended until a second instruction.” were explained.
